Mobile Robot Crane Platform

The project aims to create a mobile robot crane platform that, whilst operating at heights of 15-20 meters will help automate production processes. The crane will allow for the production of offshore structures that are used in the energy industry to be made more precisely and accurately.

About Mobile Robot Crane Platform

The Mobile Robot Crane Platform project aims to design, develop, and control a new robotic platform. The platform will enable automation of processes from the energy sector, which take place at a height of 15-20 meters and require great accuracy. The platform will consist of an innovative combination of known compo-nents and will, among other things, be demonstrated in a use-case on welding of offshore constructions.

The project is funded by EUDP.
